Welcome to the 5th Annual Petite Fondo to be held on September 9th, 2018
Royal LePAGE offices across Canada raise funds every year for the Shelter Foundation—our own charity that pays forward funds raised to local women shelters and support programs that help women and children in need. We have put fitness and fundraising together into one fun and rewarding event to directly support Lilli House and the Transition Society here in the Valley. The 2017 Petite Fondo was a success with almost 200 registrants, and thus the goal to raise $12,500 for the Shelter Foundation was surpassed!
The Royal LePAGE Petite Fondo is a local fundraising cycling event that takes riders on either a 44km, 55km or 75km ride throughout some of the Valley’s most scenic countryside back roads. If you are new to cycling or would like to try a group ride we have weekly training rides leaving from 750 Comox Road and we always welcome new riders to practice with us!
Since this is the 5th year of this successful event, riders have the option of upgrading their ride to a Gran Fondo to ride 115km. This ride starts a bit earlier but still has the rider back in time for lunch!
For more information about the Gran Fondo, weekly practice rides and the event itself please follow us on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/royallepagepetitefondo/ or contact Rob Nygren at email@example.com
We look forward to seeing you there!
Sincerely, Rob Nygren
